  • We may provide visa assistance services, but the final approval is at the discretion of the relevant government authorities.

  • We are not liable for any denial of entry or travel caused by failure to obtain proper documentation.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

  • Travel Buzz Tourism LLC acts as an agent between customers and third-party suppliers.

  • We do not own or operate any transportation, accommodation, or other services.

  • We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity arising out of the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.

  • Customers agree to hold us harmless against any claims arising from travel incidents beyond our control (force majeure events like natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics).

  • We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, or any event deemed force majeure.
